Pyplin is a client-relationship and lead-management platform used by licensed real-estate professionals in British Columbia. This policy explains what information we collect through our forms and pages, how it is used, and — most importantly — who it is shared with. We are subject to Canada's federal privacy law (PIPEDA) and anti-spam law (CASL).
When you fill out one of our forms — a Facebook or Instagram lead form, a landing page, a home-valuation or guide-request form, or an open-house sign-in — we collect the information you provide, which may include:
We do not collect payment information, and we do not use your information for advertising to anyone else.
When you submit a form, your information is shared with the real-estate professional named on that form or event. Every Pyplin form identifies the specific licensed real-estate professional you are asking to hear from — by name, in the form's own disclosure. Your submission goes to that professional's Pyplin account, and they (or their assistant tools operating on their behalf) will contact you by email, text message, or phone, in line with the consent you gave on the form.
Beyond that named professional, your information is never sold, rented, or shared with other advertisers or data brokers.
Contact from the named real-estate professional is based on the express consent you give when you submit the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time:
We use a small number of service providers to run the platform, each processing information only on our instructions: Meta (form capture on Facebook and Instagram), Twilio (text messaging), Resend (email delivery), and DigitalOcean and Neon (hosting and database, with data stored in North America). We do not permit them to use your information for their own purposes.
We keep lead and client records for as long as the relationship with the named professional is active, and as required by real-estate record-keeping obligations in British Columbia. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at the address below. Deletion requests are honoured except where a record must be retained by law.
